Xiaolian Zhuang (小莲庄) is a private garden created by Liu Yong, a wealthy merchant in the late Qing Dynasty. Enjoy the traditional Jiangnan garden scenery with its vast lotus pond, pavilions, and ancient trees.

Nearby, Jiayetang Library (嘉业堂藏书楼) offers another glimpse into Nanshun's cultural heritage. Built by Liu Yong's grandson, Liu Chenggan, it was once known to house approximately 600,000 ancient books.
