What a cool experience! The staff there have an efficient system to guide you through the experience from the ground floor to the top. The views are just unmatched. Cloud Bar is also incredible.

We selected 7pm so we could experience the sunset from the observation deck. We only had one night in Chicago and it was a bit overcast that night so the sunset was not as spectacular as we had hoped but it was an amazing view. Line was short and moved quickly to the observation deck on the 94th floor. There are grandstand style seating facing west as well as some comfortable stools and counter to sit at if you are early and patient enough to wait a little while. Also the fact you got a great view from all 4 sides of the observation deck was great. One aspect I was disappointed in was that none of the staff asked the people standing directly at the window to move to the level behind the seating to view the sunset. There was plenty of standing room there and they could see fine over the people that picked seats and waited for the sunset. Really nice gift shop as well.

Enter 360 CHICAGO on the ground floor of the building on the Michigan Avenue side and head straight to security. One of the fastest elevators in North America takes you to the 94th floor, about 305 m above Michigan Avenue, in around 40 seconds. This is a timed-entry ticket, and you can enter up to 1 hour after your selected time.

Look out over Chicago with a drink at CloudBar

Choose one drink from CloudBar's curated Sip menu and enjoy it while gazing at the Chicago skyline. Named one of the best views in America by Travel & Leisure magazine, the deck overlooks the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, downtown, Lake Michigan and four neighboring states. The central hall features interactive exhibits on Chicago's history, local culture and business. Add a thrill with TILT if you like

At TILT, you stand at floor-to-ceiling windows about 1,000 ft (300 m) above Michigan Avenue and tilt out at a 30-degree angle over the street. TILT is not included in this ticket and can be purchased on site.
