The downtown stations are newly built, wheelchair-accessible facilities with restrooms, Wi-Fi, and a bar serving drinks and snacks. When it is time to board, your train is announced over the sound system and you are directed to the right platform.

The train features hand-stitched leather seats, power and USB outlets at every seat, and space for carry-on luggage. If you need more room than your carry-on allows, you can check luggage before boarding; the Premium option includes 1 checked bag.
