This newly built, wheelchair-accessible facility has restrooms, Wi-Fi, and a bar selling drinks and snacks, which are free with the Premium option. When it is time to board, your train is announced over the sound system and you are directed to the right platform.

The train features hand-stitched leather seats, power and USB outlets at every seat, and space for carry-on luggage. If you need more room than your carry-on allows, you can check luggage before boarding; the Premium option includes 1 free checked bag.
