Driver was great, safe smooth ride. The guide was personable-funny and accommodating. They added a stop that was not part of the tour which was nice. Bus was comfortable and the lights/sights are just breathtaking!

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and our driver was great! It would be helpful to have an accurate description of the amount of walking for people with disabilities. We have mobility issues and did not realize when we got off the bus at one stop, that the bus was moving to a different location. It was much more walking than we were comfortable with. The bus driver, Shawn, was helpful in getting on and off the bus, taking care of the walker and cane. We really enjoyed our time. The actual Christmas lights were disappointing. The people on the tour were a lot of fun. Overall we enjoyed our time!

The tour was great!! Our guide and transportation was great! The stops along the way were beautiful. The only suggestion is the spot they left us off at 10:30 at night was dark and not well lit. A little uneasy waiting for uber in the dark

The tour guide was awesome!! He was very familiar with the sites, enthusiastic about sharing and extremely knowledgeable. He engaged with all the tourists and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I hate l can recall his name but we were on bus 35, Thursday night. Older AA male.
