Depart from Pier 2
and tour San Diego Bay
Departing from Pier 2 on North Harbor Drive downtown, this fully narrated cruise shows you the sights of San Diego Bay. The crew shares live commentary on local and military history and interesting facts about the bay. The cruise lasts about 1.5 hours and returns to the same pier.
Pass the Coronado Bridge and the Navy fleet
Admire the beautiful Coronado Bridge from the water and pass the USS Midway Museum and the U.S. Navy Surface Fleet docked along the shore. You can also see Naval Air Station North Island, Naval Amphibious Base Coronado and the Hotel del Coronado from the boat.
Take in Point Loma and Shelter Island
Pass the historic ships of the Maritime Museum, the Star of India, Harbor Island, Tom Ham’s Lighthouse, the San Diego Yacht Club and Shelter Island, and enjoy views toward Point Loma and Cabrillo National Monument. On the way back, the downtown waterfront skyline unfolds, including Petco Park, Seaport Village and The Rady Shell.
Look for wildlife in the bay
