At The Spa at Carillon Miami, enjoy separate hot and cold plunge pools for men and women, heated loungers, a vitality pool, and an experience shower. Warm up and unwind as you move between the Finnish sauna, crystal steam room, and herbal laconium. Men's and women's locker rooms and towels are provided.

Try the Arctic Mist in the igloo

As part of the hydrotherapy circuit, the igloo offers the "Arctic Mist" experience with a cool mist. It is a refreshing way to cool down after the sauna and steam room.

Relax by the pool and on the beach
