The sample lunch and dinner buffet menu includes organic mixed greens, baked ziti, oven-roasted Atlantic flounder, honey sesame chicken, Italian beef meatballs and lemon pound cake. Dinner adds braised beef short ribs and red velvet and chocolate chip brownies.
