Pass the Pinnacles Desert
on the way to the coastal town of Kalbarri
Depart Perth for the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park. Walk among thousands of limestone pillars rising from the golden sand, then follow Indian Ocean Drive to take in the coastal views.
Enjoy a beachside lunch in Jurien Bay, stop at the Pink Lake near Geraldton (conditions permitting), and arrive in the relaxed coastal town of Kalbarri.
Hike the gorges of Kalbarri National Park

In Kalbarri National Park, explore Murchison Gorge, carved over time by the Murchison River. Hike down to the riverbank, see Nature's Window, a natural rock arch framing the gorge below, and enjoy panoramic clifftop views from the Kalbarri Skywalk.
Z-Bend rock climbing is an optional activity at an extra cost. During wildflower season, the park bursts into color.
See shell beaches and dolphins in Shark Bay

Enter the World Heritage-listed Shark Bay region to walk along Shell Beach, made of tiny white shells, and see the stromatolites of Lake Thetis.
At Monkey Mia, meet the wild dolphins that visit the shore each morning. The area is a wildlife habitat for dolphins, dugongs, turtles, kangaroos and emus.
Snorkel Ningaloo Reef
and return to Perth along the coast

Stay in Coral Bay on the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef, where you can snorkel coral gardens close to shore or relax on the white sand. Swimming tours with manta rays or whale sharks are optional.
In Exmouth, explore Cape Range National Park, where limestone ranges meet the sea, snorkel at Turquoise Bay and watch the sunset from Vlamingh Head Lighthouse. Seasonal swims with whale sharks (March to September) and humpback whales (August to October) are available with advance booking.
On the way back, stop in Carnarvon and Geraldton, visit the HMAS Sydney Memorial, walk the Green Head coastal trail and enjoy the view from the Lancelin sand dunes lookout before arriving in Perth around 6 PM.
※ Dolphins, whale sharks, humpback whales and other wildlife live in their natural habitat, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.
※ The Pink Lake visit is subject to local conditions.
※ Whether hikes go ahead is at the guide's discretion for safety.
