Cairns Stargazing & Milky Way Photography Tour - Hotel Pickup

Hotel pickup in Cairns and
transfer to the stargazing spot

After pickup from your hotel in central Cairns, travel by vehicle to Mareeba. The shoot takes place at a private location with ideal weather conditions for stargazing, and with a small group of up to 10 people you can chat with the photographer up close.

A professional photographer captures you under the Milky Way

With the starry sky as a backdrop, a professional photographer takes personalized photos of each participant. The photo session lasts about 1 hour, and you will receive at least 5 edited high-quality photos.

Learn to shoot the night sky with a camera or smartphone

The photographer guides you through capturing the stars and shows you how to photograph the night sky with a camera or smartphone. Enjoy the night sky while listening to explanations of the Southern Hemisphere constellations and the Milky Way, then return to Cairns for drop-off after the shoot.

※ Stars and the Milky Way are natural phenomena, and sightings are not guaranteed.
※ If weather conditions are poor, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge.
※ If you cannot see any stars during the tour, you can rejoin once for free the next day.
