with a wine expert
This tasting class is led by Cecilia and her team, certified wine experts trained at the Université du Vin. They explain Bordeaux's history, appellations, terroir, grape varieties, blends and classifications step by step, so you can join comfortably even if you know little about wine.
Taste 6 wines with all your senses
Learn to recognize aromas, texture and balance as you taste 6 glasses of Bordeaux wine: a mystery wine, dry whites from the Left and Right Banks, reds in various styles, and a sweet wine to finish. An aroma game lets you test your nose.
Experience wine and food pairing
Taste dishes paired with the wines and learn the principles behind successful and surprising pairings. Take home a personal tasting booklet, and buy wines you liked on site.
