Walk the outside edge of the CN Tower
116 storeys up in just a harness
EdgeWalk is an outdoor, hands-free walk around the outside edge of the CN Tower's main pod, 356 m above the ground. Securely harnessed and guided through every step, you can take in panoramic views over the Toronto skyline. The experience takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Gear up at Base Camp and head to the Summit Room
The experience begins at EdgeWalk Base Camp. After a safety briefing, you put on a walk suit over your clothes and a harness, then go up to the Summit Room at 356 m. Hats, gloves and jackets are also provided depending on the weather.
In the Summit Room, you are securely attached to the overhead rail and move around the building with your guide. Along the way, you can step right up to the edge or lean out over the city.
Receive your video and photos, then explore the observation levels
Your EdgeWalk guide wears a camera to film the experience, and you receive a video, 2 printed photos and a certificate at no extra cost. Afterwards, enjoy priority access to all CN Tower observation levels, including The Top.
