Highlights
This private transfer takes you between Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and your accommodation in downtown Toronto in your own vehicle. Book ahead and skip the taxi queue so you can head straight to your hotel after landing. Vehicles range from a sedan to a 14-seat minibus depending on group size, making it suitable for solo travelers, families and groups alike. You ride directly to your destination in an air-conditioned vehicle with no transfers, and the driver helps with your luggage.
Program
Travel between Toronto Pearson Airport and
your downtown hotel in a private vehicle
Choose either an arrival transfer from the airport to your downtown hotel (airport pickup) or a departure transfer from your hotel to the airport (hotel pickup). You ride in a private vehicle not shared with other passengers, going directly to your destination with no transfers. The duration is about 1 hour.
A vehicle is assigned to match your group and luggage
1-3 passengers travel by sedan, 4 by SUV, 5 by minivan, 6-8 by 8-seat minibus and 9-14 by 14-seat minibus. Each vehicle carries one 22-inch standard suitcase per passenger, and an upgrade fee applies if you need a larger vehicle for extra luggage.
Your driver waits for your flight
For airport pickups, the driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes from your selected time. For international flights, select a time slot that allows you to clear customs and immigration; for domestic flights, enter your scheduled arrival time. For hotel pickups, the start time you select is when you want to be picked up at your hotel, and a 15-minute wait at the hotel is included when that option is selected.
After booking you will receive an SMS with transfer details, and once your flight lands the driver will contact you via WhatsApp, phone or text to arrange the meeting point. When you are ready, the driver will bring the vehicle to you within 5 minutes.
※ Standard rates apply to downtown Toronto only; pickups and drop-offs outside the downtown area incur extra charges depending on the address.
※ Please allow extra time for Toronto traffic when planning your schedule.
