In this 2.5-hour coffee class at Micro Roast Coffee, a coffee roastery in Toronto, you'll roast 200 g of premium Arabica beans yourself. Learn about types of coffee beans, the roasting process and how to make great coffee at home from an experienced roaster, then compare your freshly roasted beans with commercially roasted coffee. Pull your own espresso shots to make a cappuccino, flat white or Americano, and take the rest of your beans home as a souvenir. Classes are limited to 4 people and taught in English.
