Hear the story of a city that burned to the ground in the Great Fire of 1886 and rose again, as your guide takes you to local favorites that have built their reputations over decades. You can choose between a small-group tour and a private tour.

Taste Gastown's signature dishes

Try a pork sandwich slow-roasted overnight, carved to order onto ciabatta and topped with house salsa verde. At a pub that has occupied the same building since 1910, enjoy a classic Scotch egg with house seasoning, and at a dessert bar that started at the Whistler Farmers' Market, taste a crack bar made with shortbread, salted caramel, and dark chocolate.
