Vancouver YVR Airport Downtown Accommodation Transfer - Private

Travel between your downtown Vancouver accommodation
and YVR Airport in a private vehicle

This one-way transfer runs either from Vancouver to YVR Airport or from YVR Airport to Vancouver. A professional driver takes your group alone in an air-conditioned vehicle, and the ride takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour. The service operates 24 hours a day, and all vehicles are regularly maintained.

Get picked up at the airport arrivals area

For airport departures, there is no fixed pickup point, so the driver or customer service team will contact you to confirm the pickup location. Turn on your phone and connect to the airport Wi-Fi after leaving the plane for smooth communication. 60 minutes of waiting time is included on arrival.

Get picked up outside your accommodation and head to the airport

When traveling from Vancouver to the airport, your driver will wait at a parking-accessible spot outside the hotel address you provided and contact you about the meeting point. 30 minutes of waiting time is included on departure, and an overtime fee of $20 per 30 minutes applies after that.

Your driver carries your bags to the vehicle

You can ask your driver to carry heavy bags to the vehicle. Luggage is limited to 1 piece per person up to 61 cm, and the vehicle type is arranged according to the number of passengers.

※ This transfer is available only for accommodations in downtown Vancouver. If your pickup location is outside the service area, you may be contacted about an extra charge.
