This is the City of Venice public transport pass. Ride the water buses known as vaporetti to explore the city along its canals, and use the same ticket on buses in nearby areas such as Mestre and Marghera. Depending on the ticket, you can use it from 75 minutes up to 7 days.
Collect your ticket at the stop machine and board
You cannot board with the voucher itself; exchange it for a ticket at the yellow ticket machine at a vaporetto stop. Press "Collect tickets purchased online" on the machine and scan the QR code on your voucher or enter the code to get your ticket. The ticket is activated on your first ride on a water bus or bus, and you must tap it on the reader every time you board.
Visit Lido, Murano, Burano and Torcello islands
Besides the historic center, lines to Lido, Murano, Burano and Torcello islands are also covered by the same ticket. You can ride as much as you need within the validity period, so it is easy to combine islands and sights freely.
※ The Alilaguna lines, the Casino line, lines 16, 19 and 21, and transfers to Marco Polo Airport are not included.

How To Use
- Please check your mobile voucher by email or in the WAUG app.
- Before boarding, exchange your voucher for a ticket at the yellow ticket machine at a vaporetto stop.
- The ticket is activated on your first ride and is valid for the period you selected.

Go directly to a nearby vaporetto stop and press "Collect tickets purchased online" on the yellow ticket machine. Scan the QR code on your voucher or enter the code written vertically in capital letters on the voucher (Venezia Unica PNR), and your ticket will be printed. Yellow ticket machines are available at most vaporetto stops.
