Choose your location and book
When booking, choose a convenient location from Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma, San Marco, Rialto Bridge, Castello, Cannaregio, Dorsoduro/Accademia, Centro, Murano and Mestre Station. After booking, you will receive a separate email with the exact storage location.
Drop off your bags at the storage location
Go to the storage location during opening hours and show your ID or booking confirmation email to the staff, who will store your bags. There is no bag size limit.
Explore the city and pick up from the same place
To collect your bags, return to the same location during opening hours and show your ID or email to get them back right away.

Within 5 minutes of booking, the provider will send a separate email with the exact storage location. The location is the same as or very close to the address of your chosen branch. Simply leave your bags at the reception there.
