Start your visit at the cable car terminal
at the foot of the falls
Start your visit at the cable car terminal in the Manufacture building at the foot of the falls. Walk the new trail at the base of the falls and feel the power of the falls up close as the spray reaches you. In winter, the spray freezes into ice formations such as the famous Sugarloaf.
Ride the cable car to the top
Ride the cable car to the top while enjoying views of the falls, the park's cove, the St. Lawrence River and Île d'Orléans. At the top, you can visit the gift shop at Manoir Montmorency.
Walk the suspension bridge and panoramic staircase
Cross the suspension bridge right above the falls and hear the roar of the water below your feet. Follow the panoramic loop shown on a large map to visit various lookouts or enjoy a picnic.
You can also descend the 487-step panoramic staircase along the cliff, with places to rest along the way. Finally, stroll along the new meditation trail at the foot of the falls.
