Take the bus from Québec City
to the snowy national park
Depart at 9:00 AM by bus from Place d'Armes or Gare du Palais in downtown Québec City and enjoy the winter scenery on the way to Jacques-Cartier National Park. When you arrive at around 10:00 AM, you receive all the equipment you need, including snowshoes.
Follow your guide through the forest on snowshoes
The guided activity runs for about 3.5 hours from 10:30 AM. Your guide first explains easy-to-follow techniques, so no previous experience is needed. Walk along quiet trails with several stops for photos and rest.
Explore the Bello Creek valley, admire views of the Laurentian Mountains and walk along the Sautauriski River. Your local guide tells you about the forest and the area, and you can look for wildlife in the snowy woods.
Warm up with lunch in a heated tent
During the tour, warm up in a heated tent with lunch and hot drinks. The guided activity ends around 2:00 PM, followed by free time in the park. You leave the park at 3:00 PM and return to Québec City around 4:00 PM.
