This started as a great evening. The setting was lovely and we ordered dinner after being given our choices. Service was a bit slow. As dinner finished we were given a bill for food which we had already paid for. Server said our filets were extra. Nobody said they were nor was it listed anywhere that some items might cost extra. This discussion really ruined the whole evening. We did not pay for them but beware. Then the boat circled the rest of the evening during dancing. Why not dock and let some of us leave who did not dance and had no place to sit and WAIT to get off. They should have a sitting area for us who just wanted to visit. Perhaps rewrite your information with better details.

Piacevole serata , servizio eccellente. Nota sgradita il fatto che ci abbiano fatti sedere a tavola prima della partenza e senza preavviso dell’inizio della distribuzione delle pietanze , ovvero non abbiamo goduto appieno del bellissimo panorama che offre la crociera essendoci stato assegnato un tavolo lontano dalle vetrate. Speravo che la crociera arrivasse più vicina alle cascate.

Cruise was fun. Dinner was great. Was well worth it. Everyone was friendly. It was over 3/1/2 hours.

This dinner cruise departs from Quai Chouinard in Old Quebec around sunset and sails the St. Lawrence River for about 3.5 hours. Enjoy a 3- or 5-course bistronomic meal prepared on board by the head chef with local ingredients, while taking in views of the Château Frontenac, Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls. After dinner, dance to the DJ's music or relax on the upper deck with views of the illuminated city and bridges. A Red Carpet option with priority boarding, a reserved table and wine is also available.

Start your dinner cruise
from Quai Chouinard at sunset

Board at Quai Chouinard between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. The boat departs at 7:00 PM and dinner service begins. Sip a cocktail on an outdoor deck as you pass the Château Frontenac, Old Quebec, Beauport Bay, Montmorency Falls and the Quebec Bridge.

Enjoy a 3- or 5-course meal made with local ingredients

The head chef prepares a bistronomic menu on board, inspired by local ingredients. A sample menu includes an amuse-bouche of smoked shrimp and mackerel, a guinea fowl confit salad and a wapiti terrine, followed by a choice of main course such as chicken supreme, Atlantic salmon or 14-hour braised beef cheek, and a chocolate mousse dessert. Coffee and tea are also served.

The menu may change with the seasons. If you have food allergies or need vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options, please let your server know.

Dance to the DJ's music after dinner

From 8:30 PM, the dance floor opens and the DJ set begins for guests who have finished their meal. You can also relax on the upper deck and enjoy views of Old Quebec, Île d'Orléans and the Quebec and Pierre-Laporte bridges. After sunset, the boat returns to the dock around 10:30 PM with the city lit up around you.

Make it special with the Red Carpet option

The Red Carpet option includes priority boarding and a reserved table, a Canadian beef tenderloin (filet mignon) main course option and a lobster tail served with every main course. A welcome cocktail, a bottle of wine for two and a digestif are also included.
