This cooking class lets you taste traditional Korean sauces, cook a local Busan seafood dish and explore a 100-year-old traditional market, all with a chef. Start with a blind tasting comparing the chef's homemade sauces with store-bought ones, then enjoy the dish you made for lunch with makgeolli, a traditional Korean rice wine. After the meal, experience a traditional Korean tea ceremony called chadam, and finally walk through the market with the chef to learn about the ingredients and sauces used in class.
