Shanghai Shaolin Kung Fu Beginner Class with Pickup

You will be picked up from your chosen location and taken to the Shaolin Kung Fu Culture Center. In this beginner class, you can learn Shaolin kung fu from scratch with no prior experience, with only your group taking part under the master's guidance. Interpretation service is included.

Practice fist techniques, footwork and basic moves

Watch the master's demonstrations and follow along with basic kung fu movements such as fist techniques and footwork. Build your fitness as you experience Chinese martial arts firsthand.

Feel martial arts and Zen through meditation and breathing

Practice meditation and breathing techniques to sharpen your focus and concentration. Learn about the cultural background of Shaolin kung fu through expert explanations.

Enjoy Chinese culture in a relaxed atmosphere with tea and fruit. After the class, you will be dropped off at your starting point.
