of the KLIA Terminal 1 Satellite Building
After immigration and customs clearance at Terminal 1, take the aerotrain or shuttle bus to the Satellite Building. After getting off, go to the Mezzanine Level towards Gates C12–C18 to find the lounge. One pass lets one person stay for 2 hours, and the lounge is open all day.

Complimentary hot and cold food is served along with snacks and fruit. Alcoholic beverages including champagne and non-alcoholic beverages (hot and cold) are included, and halal and vegetarian options are available.
