From Bishkek: Ala Archa National Park Half-Day Tour by Electric Bus

Depart Bishkek and
head to Ala Archa National Park

Depart from the meeting point in Bishkek or the pickup location for your chosen option. After about 45 minutes by car, you switch to public transport for about 20 minutes to reach Ala Archa National Park in the Kyrgyz Ala-Too range of the Tian Shan. Since May 2025, private vehicles are no longer allowed inside the park.

Ride an electric bus through the lower gorge

On arrival, ride an electric bus through the lower section of the gorge. Cover plenty of ground with comfortable walks, without needing to hike all day. You spend about 3.5 hours in the park with your guide.

Hike to the Broken Heart rock if you like

If you want to walk more, take the trail to the "Broken Heart" rock, a naturally split granite formation. The trail is about 2.5 km with an elevation gain of 180 m and has no technically difficult sections.

Look for wildlife and relax at a mountain-view café

The park is home to marmots, wild goats, roe deer and red squirrels, often seen along the main paths. There is also a café with mountain views near the base area. After the tour, you return to Bishkek by public transport and car.
