before your international flight from New Chitose
This pass gives you access to North Lounge on the 4th floor of the international departure area (airside) at the International Terminal of Sapporo New Chitose Airport. Enter after passport control and security check and stay for up to 2 hours per visit. The lounge opens at 07:30 and closes at 20:00 or 21:00 depending on airline schedules, and offers drinks and fast Wi-Fi.
Enjoy hot and cold drinks
Hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages are available. Alcoholic beverages can be ordered for an extra charge.
Wait comfortably until boarding
Keep track of your departure with flight information monitors and boarding announcements. The lounge offers fast free Wi-Fi, a fax machine and air conditioning, and smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area.
Go up to the 4th floor after passport control
After passport control and security check at the International Terminal, go up to the 4th floor and the lounge is on your right. Show your mobile voucher and a valid boarding pass for the same day at the lounge counter to enter. Children under 13 enter free of charge.
