Highlights
This one-way private transfer takes you between New Chitose Airport and your accommodation (hotel) in Sapporo. It is not a shared shuttle: the vehicle is reserved only for your group, so it is comfortable for trips with lots of luggage, children or parents. The service is run by an officially registered operator, and you can choose a 7-seater, 10-seater, 14-seater or premium 7-seater vehicle to suit your group size and luggage. You get on and off right at your accommodation without changing buses or trains.

It is ideal for business trips or travel with children or parents when you need a spacious, safe vehicle, when you want to avoid complicated buses and subways, or when you want door-to-door service without expensive Japanese taxi fares.
Choose a vehicle for your group and luggage
Please choose a vehicle based on the number of passengers and the size and number of suitcases. All vehicle capacities include the driver.
- Honda Odyssey 7-seater — 4–5 passengers, five 24-inch suitcases
- Toyota HiAce 10-seater — 6–9 passengers, seven 24-inch suitcases
- Toyota HiAce 14-seater — 10–13 passengers, six 24-inch suitcases
- Toyota Alphard premium 7-seater — 1–5 passengers, five 24-inch suitcases (please inquire separately)
Your driver contacts you the day before
Around 8–11 PM the day before your service, the assigned driver adds you on LINE (preferred) or KakaoTalk using the contact details you provided, and sends the vehicle and meeting point details. Drivers basically communicate in Japanese and Chinese.
※ For hotel-to-airport drop-off, please enter your hotel departure time when booking. The operator does not set the departure time for you.
※ Flight or check-in delays are not the operator's responsibility. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, the vehicle will leave, and service may not be available depending on vehicle availability.
