Please choose a vehicle based on the number of passengers and the size and number of suitcases. All vehicle capacities include the driver.

• Toyota HiAce 10-seater — 6–9 passengers, seven 24-inch suitcases
• Toyota HiAce 14-seater — 10–13 passengers, six 24-inch suitcases
• Toyota Alphard premium 7-seater — 1–5 passengers, five 24-inch suitcases (please inquire separately)

Your driver contacts you the day before

Around 8–11 PM the day before your service, the assigned driver adds you on LINE (preferred) or KakaoTalk using the contact details you provided, and sends the vehicle and meeting point details. Drivers basically communicate in Japanese and Chinese.

※ For hotel-to-airport drop-off, please enter your hotel departure time when booking. The operator does not set the departure time for you.
※ Flight or check-in delays are not the operator's responsibility. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, the vehicle will leave, and service may not be available depending on vehicle availability.
