This guided day tour takes you by speedboat from Koh Samui to Ang Thong National Marine Park, an archipelago of 42 islands. Snorkeling, the Emerald Lake viewpoint, a beach buffet lunch, a viewpoint hike and sea kayaking are all part of the day.

With the hotel transfer option, an air-conditioned minivan picks you up at your hotel; with the self-transfer option, you check in at the pier near Bophut Beach. After check-in, enjoy a light breakfast with tea or coffee while the speedboat gets ready.

Snorkel among coral reefs past striking rock islands

On the way to the marine park, you pass unique rock formations such as Praying Monkey Island and Three Pillars Island. The first stop is snorkeling against a backdrop of towering limestone cliffs, where you can see coral reefs and colorful marine life up close. Snorkeling masks and life jackets are provided.

Climb to the Emerald Lake viewpoint and enjoy a beach lunch

Next, head to the Emerald Lake on Koh Mae Ko. Climb to the viewpoint overlooking the Blue Lagoon, or relax and swim along the shore. Then enjoy a buffet lunch with fruit on the beach of Koh Mae Ko, followed by free time. Vegetarian and halal options are available.

Hike and sea kayak on Koh Wua Talap

In the afternoon, travel to Koh Wua Talap. Hike the steep trail to the viewpoint for a panoramic view of the Ang Thong islands, or relax on the white sand beach instead. Then join your guide for a sea kayaking session to explore small coves beneath the tall cliffs.

At the end of the day, the speedboat returns to Koh Samui around 4:00 PM. With the hotel transfer option, you are dropped off at your hotel between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.
