on a three-deck boat from Koh Samui
This tour of about 8 hours picks you up from your accommodation on Koh Samui in an air-conditioned minibus and takes you to Nathon Pier, where you board a three-deck boat to explore Ang Thong National Marine Park for the day. Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee or tea as you cross the Gulf of Thailand. An English- and Thai-speaking guide accompanies you, and breakfast, a Thai lunch buffet, light snorkeling, and a visit to the Blue Lagoon are included.
Hike to the viewpoint on Koh Wua Talap
The first stop is Koh Wua Talap, in the heart of Ang Thong National Marine Park. Follow a trail through lush rainforest up to a viewpoint about 500 m above sea level for sweeping views of the 42 islands and the emerald sea. After the hike, relax on the white sand beach or swim in clear water.
Have lunch on board and snorkel at Koh Mae Ko
Back on the boat, enjoy a lunch buffet of Thai dishes, soup, salad, dessert, seasonal fruit, and drinks. Cruise past Koh Sam Sao, known for its natural rock arch, to Koh Mae Ko, where you can snorkel in clear water and look for fish and coral.
Climb the stairs to the Blue Lagoon
Climb the stairs on Koh Mae Ko to the Blue Lagoon (Talay Nai), an emerald lake surrounded by limestone cliffs and greenery. If you choose the kayaking option, paddle along the coastline past granite rocks and beaches. On the way back, relax with coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks, and a minibus takes you from Nathon Pier back to your accommodation.
