This half-day tour of about 3 hours takes you to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Kathu, Phuket, for a close encounter with elephants. With the hotel pickup option you depart from your Phuket hotel, and on arrival you meet your guide and learn about the elephants. Feed them, join the mud spa and help bathe them, then finish with a Thai buffet.

Receive bananas and sugarcane to feed the elephants. Walk through the sanctuary with your guide, meet the elephants roaming freely and hear about each one, their lifestyle and behavior. Take your time to pet them and take photos.

Help bathe the elephants
at the mud spa and pool

After greeting all the elephants, head to the mud spa and apply healthy mud to their skin. Then walk with the elephants to the pool, get into the water and help scrub them while they play.

Take final photos
and enjoy a Thai buffet

Once the elephants are clean, take a final photo together and change into dry clothes. Enjoy a Thai buffet meal before returning to Phuket.
