Program
Head to the 'Edge of the World'
near Riyadh by 4WD SUV
Depart Riyadh at 2:00 PM and drive about 2 hours across the desert by 4WD SUV. Along the way, stop at a camel farm, a gas station where you can buy snacks, an Arabian gazelle park and a national park. Snacks are provided during the tour to keep your energy up on this long day.
Hike along the cliffs with your guide
At the 'Edge of the World,' spend about 1.5 hours walking around the 1,131 m high cliffs with your guide and taking in the vast desert landscape. Capture the scenery in photos and watch the sunset color the horizon.
Stargaze in the desert and return to Riyadh
After sunset, enjoy the stars in the desert. If you chose the dinner option, drive about 40 minutes to a desert camp in Riyadh Province for 1 hour of dinner and camp activities.
Then drive about 1 hour 10 minutes back to Riyadh, arriving around 8:30 PM. Depending on your option, you will be dropped off at King Salman Oasis Metro Station or in Riyadh.
