Fed directly from the Utoro hot spring source (cooled and with added water), it lets you bathe while looking out over the Sea of Okhotsk, the Shiretoko mountains and primeval forest. Utoro Onsen is also known as a "beauty bath."

Enjoy the indoor main bath and saunas too

There is one indoor main bath each for men and women, with a dry sauna on the main bath side (one each for men and women, capacity 4 each). There is no cold plunge on the dry sauna side, so please use the showers. On the open-air bath side, barrel saunas newly installed in 2025 (one each for men and women, capacity 4 each) offer self-service löyly, where you pour water over the hot stones yourself. Single-person jar-style cold plunge baths are set in front of the saunas.
