Your evening begins with pickup from your accommodation in Levi. The heated 2025 Ford Tourneo 4x4 van is designed to keep you warm and comfortable even at -40°C. With no large buses and groups of up to 8 guests only, the tour can reach remote viewing spots that buses cannot access.
Move between viewing spots in search of clear skies
An aurora control center that runs through the night monitors clouds, weather models and solar wind, and shares information with guides across 4 regions in 3 countries to relocate to the clearest skies. When conditions change, you move with them until the aurora appears, crossing borders if needed. Since the tour is not limited to a few hours, it usually lasts 6 to 10 hours.
Take souvenir photos under the Northern Lights
When the aurora appears, your guide photographs you with it using a DSLR camera. Thermal overalls suited to the Arctic climate, hot drinks and light snacks are provided so you can wait comfortably through the cold night.
※ The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
※ If the operator's camera does not capture any aurora during the tour, you will receive a full refund. Any aurora captured on camera counts as a sighting, even if it is faint or hard to see with the naked eye.
※ The tour may not start if weather conditions are very unfavorable.

Please wait outside your accommodation 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The guide will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
After the tour, you will be dropped off where you were picked up.
