From Jakarta: Tangkuban Perahu Volcano & Ciater Hot Spring Tour - Tea Plantation & Lunch

for a volcano, tea fields and hot springs in one day

After pickup from your hotel in Jakarta, drive about 2.5 to 3 hours by air-conditioned vehicle to the Subang and Bandung area. With an English-speaking guide, visit a fruit farm, rice fields, Tangkuban Perahu volcano, a coffee plantation in Lembang, a tea plantation and Ciater hot springs, then return to Jakarta in the evening. Volcano and hot spring entrance fees, lunch, fruit tasting and bottled water are included.

See the crater of the active Tangkuban Perahu volcano

Spend about 1.5 hours at Tangkuban Perahu volcano, surrounded by tropical rainforest. See the crater up close, smell the sulfur, watch the bubbling mud and sometimes hear the rumble of the volcano. Look out for wildlife such as wild monkeys in the surrounding forest.

Explore a fruit farm, rice fields and coffee and tea plantations

At the fruit farm, taste local fruits such as honey pineapple, snake fruit (salak) and mangosteen, and watch local farmers at work in the rice fields. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit a coffee plantation in Lembang where your guide explains the coffee trees, beans and production process.

At a tea plantation in the volcanic area, learn about the history, cultivation and harvesting of tea and take photos against the wide tea fields.

Relax at the Ciater hot springs

Enjoy about 1 hour of free time in the warm, sulfur-rich natural hot springs. You can also enjoy a local full-body massage if you like. On the way back, taste honey pineapple picked by your guide, then drive about 3 hours back to Jakarta.
