This day trekking tour picks you up from your Lijiang hotel and heads to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area, where you hike about 10km round trip to Yak Meadow (Yak Ping) with views of the snowy peaks. After the trek, visit Blue Moon Valley and Ganhaizi before returning to your hotel in Lijiang. Tickets, hiking snacks and round-trip transportation are included, and a Chinese-speaking guide accompanies you.

Head to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

After pickup from your hotel in Lijiang, travel along one of the most scenic roads around Lijiang to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area. On arrival, get ready for the trek and set off toward Yak Meadow.

Trek to Yak Meadow with snow mountain views

Walk about 10km round trip to Yak Meadow while taking in the majestic snow-covered Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Along the way, pass Snowflake Lake, an alpine plateau, the Lovers' Tree and Sacred Tree, Yao Pool and primeval forest to see the alpine ecosystem up close. Snacks are provided during the hike.

Visit Blue Moon Valley and Ganhaizi

After the trek, move on to Blue Moon Valley to see its clear-water valley scenery, and visit Ganhaizi with its wide meadows. At the end of the tour, return to Lijiang and get dropped off at your hotel.
