Your assistant greets you with a name sign at the designated meeting point and guides you in English through check-in, security and immigration. This is a private service for your group only, lasting about 2 to 4 hours.

Be welcomed right at the aircraft bridge on arrival

With the arrival service, your assistant waits with a name sign right outside the aircraft bridge as soon as you leave the plane. After helping you through immigration where applicable, they escort you via baggage claim to the pick-up point for your pre-booked transportation.

On departure, meet at the drop-off area and head to your gate

The departure service starts at the airport curbside passenger drop-off area 3 hours before your flight. Your assistant helps with your baggage at the curb, guides you through security and immigration where applicable, and escorts you to the boarding gate. If you are eligible for lounge access or have purchased it separately, they will take you to the airline lounge.

Get escorted to your next gate when transiting

With the transit service, your assistant meets you right in front of the arrival aircraft bridge and guides you through the designated security and immigration checkpoints where applicable. You are then escorted to the airline lounge if eligible or purchased separately, or otherwise to your next boarding gate.
