After pickup from your accommodation between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, drive about 2 hours to Villa Escudero. Villa Escudero is a historic plantation resort in the countryside of Quezon Province, and from 10:00 AM to noon you'll take a museum tour and hear stories of the Philippines' colonial era.

Enjoy a traditional buffet at the Waterfall Restaurant

At noon, have a traditional Filipino buffet lunch at bamboo tables set in the cool waters of the falls. While you eat, enjoy live music and traditional folk dance performances. After lunch, you can swim in the waterfall pool or relax in huts built in traditional Filipino style.

Walk the plantation and ride a carabao cart

Explore the coconut and sugarcane fields with your guide and learn about the history of these crops, their role in the local economy and traditional farming practices. Then ride a cart pulled by a carabao (water buffalo) slowly through palm-lined fields and lush forest.

Go bamboo rafting and fishing before heading back

From 1:00 to 3:00 PM, enjoy bamboo raft rafting and the plantation tour, and try fishing in the tranquil lagoon if you like. Depart at 3:00 PM and return to your accommodation around 5:00 PM.
