Banaue Rice Terraces 3-Day Trekking Tour from Manila - Batad & Tappiya Falls

Leave Manila by night bus
and hike the Banaue rice terraces

On your booked date, take a night bus from Manila at 21:00 or 22:00 and arrive in Banaue around 7:00 a.m. the next day. Day 1 of the tour starts here, and for three days you explore the rice terraces and villages of the Ifugao highlands on foot with a local guide.

Hike to Cambulo Village and stay the night

On arrival in Banaue, the driver picks you up and takes you to a local restaurant for breakfast or coffee. After meeting your tour guide, you transfer to the Awan-igid or Cambulo drop-off point to start hiking. Walk about 4 to 5 hours with panoramic views of the rice terraces to reach Cambulo Village, where you stay the night and enjoy a bonfire and local experiences.

See the Batad Rice Terraces and Tappiya Falls

On day 2, continue hiking for about 4 to 5 hours to the amphitheater-shaped Batad Rice Terraces. You can swim at Tappiya Falls and join village activities to experience local life. You spend the night in Batad.

Return to Manila via Anaba Village and Bangaan

On day 3, take a last look at the Batad Rice Terraces and hike about 2 to 3 hours to Anaba Village. The driver takes you to Bangaan, known for its traditional Ifugao houses, for sightseeing and lunch (meals not included). Back in Banaue, you have time to browse the market and souvenir shops, then head to the bus terminal at 17:30 for the 18:00 night bus. You arrive in Manila around 4:00 a.m. the next day.
