International Leaders Club is a four-season marine sports theme park where you can enjoy the Jeju sea both above and below the surface. This ticket is for the family-style Penguin semi-submarine, letting you and your children view the emerald underwater scenery of Jeju from inside the boat. Operating hours are 9:30 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.

See schools of fish through the windows

Through the windows on the lower deck you can see schools of fish swimming up close. The Penguin semi-submarine holds up to 11 people.

Fish feeding experience

A fish feeding experience is also available, paid on site by cash or card.

Board comfortably after safety training

All activities include safety training. Qualified lifeguards are stationed throughout, and there are rest areas to relax.
