This meet and assist service provides a dedicated assistant who helps you through the airport and its procedures when you arrive at, depart from or transfer at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). When booking, choose the arrival, departure or transfer service, and select the holiday option if you travel on a public holiday. It is a private service for your party only, and the assistant speaks English.

On arrival, meet right outside the gate

With the arrival service, your assistant waits with a personalized welcome sign right outside the aerobridge where you leave the aircraft. Where applicable, you are guided through the designated immigration counters, accompanied to baggage claim and then escorted to the pickup point of your pre-booked transportation. Porter service is not included.

On departure, be escorted from drop-off to the gate

The departure service starts at the designated passenger drop-off area at the airport curbside. Your assistant greets you with a name sign, helps with your luggage at the curb and, where applicable, guides you through the designated security and departure immigration areas to the airline lounge or boarding gate. The service starts 3 hours before the scheduled departure, so please arrive at the airport by then.

On transfer, get guided to your next flight

With the transfer service, your assistant welcomes you at the arrival gate with a welcome sign. Where applicable, you are guided through the designated immigration counters and accompanied to the airline lounge or the boarding gate of your next flight. Lounge access is available only if you are eligible or have purchased it separately.

※ If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours from the scheduled time, the service will not be provided.
