Program
Depart from your hotel
and head to a Hmong hill village
After pickup from your accommodation in Vang Vieng, drive about 30 minutes to a traditional Hmong hill tribe village. Spend about 1 hour exploring the village with your guide, seeing hillside homes and authentic handicrafts and learning about the unique way of life of the Hmong community.
Trek through forests and rice terraces
After the village visit, begin a guided trek across lush forests, country trails and rice terraces. Walk and hike for about 5 hours while enjoying the mountain views. Along the way, your local guide explains the indigenous culture and the daily lives of the villagers.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in nature
During the trek, relax with a picnic lunch surrounded by nature and fresh air. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to Vang Vieng and dropped off where you were picked up.
※ Pickup is at 8:30 AM, and the day tour takes about 7 hours in total, including transfers, the village visit and the trek.
