After you send your passport and flight details, the team monitors your flight and gets everything ready before you land, then guides you to the dedicated fast track lane instead of the regular queue.
Options are split by airport, Hanoi & Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City & Nha Trang, and each offers Standard or VIP fast track.
Staff meet you in front of the immigration area
It usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the immigration area after landing. A staff member holding a sign reading "From Our Hearts – WELCOME TO VIETNAM" waits in front of the immigration area. Staff do not hold signs with individual names, so please look for this message.
Get guided to the priority fast track lane
Staff take you to the Standard or VIP fast track immigration counter and assist with immigration and customs procedures. When using the fast track lane, you do not need to fill in separate immigration forms before entry.
At Tan Son Nhat Airport, staff cannot enter the fast track area and guide you from outside. Use lanes 1, 2 or 3 for VIP and lanes 4, 5 or 6 for Standard.
Baggage claim and airport transfers are separate
The basic service covers fast track immigration assistance. Baggage claim assistance, escort to the car or taxi area and airport transfers are paid extras not included in the base price. After guiding you to the correct lane, the staff member may leave to assist other passengers.
※ Waiting time in the fast track lane varies with airport congestion and time of day and is not guaranteed.
※ For flights arriving between 02:00 and 07:00, the airport is usually less crowded, so the time saved may be smaller.
