With the transfer options, a local guide picks you up from your hotel in Hoi An and drives you about 30 minutes to Cam Thanh village. On the way, you meet local fishermen and get a glimpse of their daily life. At the Cam Thanh coconut forest, ride a bamboo basket boat along the waterways and hear a brief introduction to the area's history. Take your time exploring the coconut waterways, once marked by war and now peaceful.
Try net fishing with local fishermen
Try fishing yourself with the round nets and cast nets used by local fishermen. You also get to throw a net to catch crabs.
Paddle a basket boat and join a race
Learn how to paddle the unique round Vietnamese bamboo basket boat, then join a basket boat race.
Relax at a fisherman's house
After the activities, return to a fisherman's house and relax with a welcome drink. The local food option lets you taste two dishes: Hoi An spring rolls and rice pancakes. Ingredients can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free diets or allergies. With the transfer options, you are then taken back to your hotel.
