The class begins with a cup of herbal tea. Your instructor tells stories about Vietnam's famous coffee shops and how they connect with history and culture, and explains the journey from coffee bean to cup.
Brew strong Vietnamese coffee with a phin
Learn how to brew deep, rich Vietnamese coffee with a small metal filter called a phin. Watch how dark-roasted coffee is mixed with condensed milk in the right ratio.
Make and taste egg, salt and coconut coffee
After black coffee, make happy white coffee, Hue imperial salt coffee, coconut coffee and Hanoi capital egg coffee in turn. At the end of the class, enjoy your coffees with cookies in a relaxed atmosphere with good music. You can use the techniques you learned back home.
