My husband, 13 year old son and I did a last minute cooking class and we were so glad we did!! Our host, Swan, was really sweet and patient with us. She explained how to make our 4 courses, demonstrated and also took some beautiful photos and videos. There was SO much delicious food that could easily be replicated back at home. On the way home in the grab we all agreed it was such a lovely evening. We can’t wait to make the recipes at home. <3

This cooking class was so much fun! There was a variety of food and it was so delicious and easy to make. I was part of only a 6-person group, so the size of the group was perfect. The instructor, Oanh, was hilarious and very patient. Highly recommended this cooking class.

This is a group cooking class with a local family in Cam Thanh coconut village, Hoi An. Following an English-speaking chef, you make 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes such as pancakes and spring rolls, then share a meal together.

The 10:15 and 16:15 classes take place in Cam Thanh village, and the 18:00 evening class takes place at Tra Que Herbs Garden. An option with hotel transfers is also available.

Relax with a welcome drink

From the meeting point, daytime classes move to the restaurant behind a quiet lake, and the evening class moves into Tra Que Herbs Garden. Relax with welcome tea before the cooking class begins.

Make pancakes and spring rolls with the chef

The chef shows you step by step how to make 4 local dishes such as pancakes and spring rolls with quality ingredients, and you cook each one yourself. All ingredients for the class are provided.

Vegan and vegetarian menus are available on request when booking.

Enjoy a meal of your own dishes

When everyone has finished cooking, sit together with the other participants to taste each other's dishes and chat. Depending on the class time, this is your lunch or dinner.
