A round-trip ticket for the Mt. Usu Ropeway in Hokkaido. Cable cars depart for the summit every 15 minutes and reach the top in under 6 minutes. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy views of Mt. Usu, the clouds and the vast plains below.

At the summit you can visit two observation decks. Lake Toya Observatory offers a beautiful view of Lake Toya together with Showa Shinzan.

at the Crater Basin Observation Deck
From the Crater Basin Observation Deck, you can see the crater that erupted in 1977 up close. At the foot of Mt. Usu there is also a souvenir shop (8:30–16:30) and a volcano ramen shop (10:30–14:30).
