Depart from Manado
to meet the wildlife of Tangkoko National Park
Your day starts with pick-up from your accommodation in Manado, Tomohon or Bitung, the airport, or a designated pick-up point. Your English-speaking guide travels with you by car and tells you about North Sulawesi and the Minahasan people.
Learn about Minahasan culture at the ancient Waruga graves
Waruga are ancient graves made of stone by the Minahasan people. Listen to your guide and learn about the history of the graves and the culture of the Minahasan people.
Take in the Lembeh Strait from Bitung Fisherman Harbour
Head to Bitung City and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lembeh Strait from Bitung Fisherman Harbour. After lunch at a local restaurant in Bitung, continue to Batuputih Village.
Walk through Tangkoko National Park with a ranger
Starting from Batuputih Village, walk through Tangkoko National Park with a guide for 4 hours. Look for the Sulawesi crested black macaque and the tarsier, the world's smallest primate, as well as a variety of birds, mammals, marsupials, reptiles and insects. You can also take photos of the animals with a megazoom telescope. After exploring, return to your accommodation in Manado.
※ Stops vary by option. The 7-hour option focuses on Tangkoko National Park, the 9-hour option visits Waruga and Tangkoko, and the 10-hour option visits Waruga, Bitung Fisherman Harbour and Tangkoko.

Choose either Jl. Ahmad Yani No.24 (Sario Utara, Kota Manado) or Batagor Siomay bakso (Jl. Raya Tomohon, Talete Satu, Kec. Tomohon Tengah, Kota Tomohon) when booking.
Pick-up information for the two options above:
Please wait at your selected pick-up point at the scheduled time. Your driver or guide will call you just before arrival, so please keep your phone on. For airport or port pick-ups, a staff member will wait at the arrival point holding a sign with the lead traveler's name.
