After checking in at the Oseana Snorkeling office near Gili Air harbor, your guide explains the route to Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan. Attend a safety briefing on snorkeling techniques, boat procedures and the marine life you may see, then put on your mask, fins and life jacket.

First snorkel off Gili Air

Board a glass-bottom boat from the Gili Air shore and head into calm, shallow water. The first spot is near Gili Air, so you can start comfortably and see coral reefs and tropical fish. Your guide points out marine life up close.

Gili Meno's underwater statues and sea turtles

Move on to Gili Meno, famous for its underwater statues, and snorkel in clear water over coral gardens and sandy seabed. Sea turtles are often seen in this area.

Final snorkel at Gili Trawangan

Finally, snorkel at Gili Trawangan among coral reefs and schools of fish. Lunch is purchased on your own at Gili Meno or Gili Trawangan. After snorkeling, relax on the boat as you return to Gili Air.
