From Yogyakarta: Mount Bromo & Ijen Crater 3-Day Budget Tour - Drop-off at Gilimanuk Port

Amazing experience, felt very safe the whole time! Imam was our guide for the 3 days, and he was fantastic. My husband and I asked a lot of questions throughout the tour, and he was always patient, smiling, and happy to answer. He is a safe driver, funny, and very knowledgeable about Indonesia’s history and culture. He made the long drives enjoyable and informative. We really felt like he made sure we were well taken care of, especially coordinating everything for the Ijen hike. The tour was incredible from start to finish. The Ijen hike was challenging, but the guides were very supportive and made sure no one was left behind, even at a slower pace. Quim Quim was great as well—constantly checking on everyone and making sure we were safe. Meatball and Raffi also took great care of us on the way up and down with excellent communication. They truly work hard and go above and beyond! Hakuna Matata! Highly recommend!

Wir mussten uns um absolut nichts kümmern – die gesamte Organisation war perfekt. Unser Fahrer Nasir war nicht nur super zuverlässig, sondern auch unglaublich kommunikativ, witzig und herzlich. Er hat uns viel über Indonesien, seine Kultur und die Menschen erzählt und war gleichzeitig neugierig auf unsere Herkunftsländer – die Fahrten waren dadurch nie langweilig! Besonders beeindruckend: Nasir hat es geschafft, dass wir den Bromo praktisch ohne Touristenmassen erleben konnten – ein echtes Highlight! Außerdem waren immer spontane Extras möglich, wie z. B. der Besuch eines wunderschönen Wasserfalls oder das Probieren von Luwak-Kaffee. Die Tour selbst war spektakulär – atemberaubende Landschaften, aktive Vulkane und Sonnenaufgänge, die man nie vergisst. Der Schlaf kam zwar etwas zu kurz, aber das war es definitiv mehr als wert! Generell absolut empfehlenswert...und wir hatten dazu noch das große Glück mit Nasir den besten Guide zu bekommen 👍

Esperienza magnifica! 100% consigliata. Questo tour di 3 giorni è organizzato nei minimi dettagli: dal momento in cui il nostro driver Nasir è venuto a prenderci a Yogyakarta fino a quando siamo stati lasciati al nostro alloggio a Bali, non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nessun aspetto logistico. Nasir è stato un ottimo guidatore e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio con la sua simpatia e la sua gentilezza, così come la nostra guida Sulee che ci ha accompagnato sul Vulcano Ijen. I trekking sul Bromo e su Ijen: strepitosi. Le cascate Madakaripura sono opzionali ma super consigliate. Gli alloggi a Bromo e a Ijen ci hanno soddisfatto molto. Sono stati 3 giorni estremamente intensi e le ore di sonno sono state poche, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena e la stanchezza viene ricompensata dai panorami mozzafiato.

I had so much fun on this trip. The hikes were amazing, we got to see the blue flames at Ijen and a beautiful sunrise at Bromo. Haidar was a lovely host who would always make sure everyone‘s happy. He gave some very interesting insights into life in Indonesia. Jerry is an amazing and safe driver. I would definitely recommend this to solo travellers because you don‘t have to worry about anything and get to meet some amazing people!

Esperienza bellissima! La guida coco_prasetyo veramente in gamba e molto professionale. Non ho nulla da segnalare se non di specificare meglio di portare abiti davvero pesanti perché al Monte Bromo si devono aspettare 2-3 ore fuori fermi (con vento) per aspettare l’alba e bisogna essere su alle 2 di notte causa traffico di 1000 jeep. C’erano circa 10 gradi (agosto 2025). Mentre l’esperienza del vulcano Ijen davvero pazzesca, consiglio tantissimo questo tour!
